Shipping policy

Orders usually take 1-2 business days to process. Orders submitted outside of business hours (evenings, weekends and statutory holidays) will be processed within the next (1-2) business days.

We ship using Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated separately for each shipping address. The shipping cost will be calculated based on your address. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be impacted by weather, holidays and other factors.

The NBM Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen items as a result of shipping/delivery services.

INSTORE AND CURBSIDE PICKUP AVAILABLE

In-store and curbside pick-up are available. We will contact you when your purchase is ready for pick-up. Please bring your order number and photo ID when collecting your purchase.
