Refund policy
The NBM Boutique has a 30 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition as you received it, (unworn/unused), and you must have proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions (Non-returnable/Non-Refundable items):
Shipping costs are non-refundable. All gift cards, sale and food items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish you make an exchange, please follow the return procedure and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once your returned item(s) has been received and we ensure that the item(s) are in their original condition (unless item(s) are being returned due to damage), you will be notified as to whether your return has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original method of payment.
Damages and other issues

TAXATION
Orders are subject to sales tax based on the shipping destination and the type of product being shipped.
